Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. Your returned item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Please note: Soaps are excluded from returns.
To process a return, you need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, such as:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notifying you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as there may be a processing delay. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at mail@saudadeshop.de.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for such an item, please contact us via email and send the item to:

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the return. The voucher will be sent to you via email once the return has been received. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the item is valued at more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
