Plate with traditional wave pattern – made of stoneware

The plates, decorated with a classic wave pattern, are made of robust stoneware. The large plate is suitable for every meal. The matching small plate in the same design complements the set perfectly and is ideal for side dishes or smaller meals.

The plates are traditionally made in small, family-run ceramic workshops. The clay is first pressed into shape by machine, while the characteristic wave pattern on the edge is created by briefly dipping it in glaze slurry - a technique that is also used for other ceramic pieces such as the "alguidar" bowls. The color combinations white with terracotta and green with white are among the original designs, while the exclusive version in blue/white was designed especially for saudade berlin.
